I really like the layout and design of these books. Instructions are easy to follow, the pages are not crammed with too much information. I especially am happy to see that even though the authors do introduce the ideas about relational databases in the first chapter of the Access material, they do not launch the beginning user immeidiately into joined tables. I really like the order in which the tasks are practiced.
