Kudos to Labyrinth Learning representative Jodi Noll. First, she assisted me in ordering a replacement CD to my Instructor's manual. For instance, to my delight, after registering my profile, she sent an inquiry to see if she could be of service to me. Not only did she walk me through the process, but later followed up to inquire if there was anything else she could do to be of service to me. On another recent occasion, I called her, and again, over the phone she was able to resolve my problem in a matter of minutes. In addition to her wonderful service, I have also found the MS Office Brief Edition, to be most helpful in introducing basic (foundational) applications to my students-with ease. For example, Labyrinth's step by step approach makes it user friendly to the student and a very effective facilitation process for the instructor. As a matter of fact, I plan to review and adopt the Comprehensive manual (next semester) to challenge my students more! Thank you, again!
