One of the things that I am extremely satisfied with is the customer service that goes along with the text. The team works together to answer questions and resolve issues faster than any other publisher I've worked with.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working my way through the workbook. Every page. It is incredible that every instruction that is directed in the book is perfectly followed in the software. I have never seen a computer program that was so accurate. It seems that almost every other time that I have purchased some software with an instruction book, the two never agree. Your book is marvelous. I have upgraded to QuickBooks 2012 Pro and have found almost no differences. Thank you again.
