Q: Can I return a book I just purchased?
A: Yes, you can return a book if you contact us within 7 days of purchase. Please see below for details.
- Returns of print and digital content are accepted if students contact customer service within 7 days of purchase.
- All returned goods must be in new, resalable condition, with all scratch off foil intact; returned items that are damaged or in used condition will not be accepted. Digital purchases will be considered used if any codes have been redeemed, including the activation ID. Any return shipping of rejected returns is at the customer's expense.
- Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is a result of our error.
- A refund for the purchase amount will be credited to the buyer within 30 days of receipt of the returned items.
- No returns will be accepted more than 7 days after purchase.
Q: How long will it take to receive my printed textbook order? A: We ship Monday through Friday. Most orders received prior to 3pm EST or 12pm PST will ship the same day, if the item is in stock. Our warehouse is in Ohio, and most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days (Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays are not included in transit time) via UPS ground shipping. Shipping times are calculated starting the business day AFTER the order ships.

- ebook-only (no print book): Your ebook/eLab redemption code will be sent immediately via email.
- Print book that includes an ebook: You'll need to wait until your book arrives in the mail for your official ebook/eLab code. However if your instructor is using eLab, you can get started right away by using the eLab 14-day trial, and you can access your ebook from within eLab during the trial period.

eLab is Labyrinth’s online assessment and training tool for use with many of our textbooks, and the website for this tool is www.labyrinthelab.com. If you are not using a Learning Management System (LMS) to access eLab, then you can
create a student eLab account to access an eLab course established by your instructor, or to access videos that you purchased with a video license key.

If using the desktop app, you should get a pop-up notice that the book has been updated, with an option to download. However, if you missed or accidentally dismissed the notice, you can always right-click the book in your library and choose

Intuit Education website or by contacting Intuit’s Customer Service at (866) 570-3843. Students at eligible institutions can obtain Microsoft Office 365 for free by
signing up on Microsoft’s website.
Q: Will QuickBooks Desktop textbooks and the trial version of QuickBooks Desktop software work on my Mac? A: Our QuickBooks Desktop textbook is for use with the PC version of QuickBooks; trial software is available for PCs only. The Mac version of QuickBooks is not the same and screenshots will not always match the software.
