Q: I have a student who requires book content in accessible format due to an impairment or disability. Can I get a copy of a textbook in an alternate format?
A: Yes. Have your school's Disability Service Provider (DSP) contact AccessText Network to request electronic files. Labyrinth has partnered with AccessText to help provide students with our educational materials in a format that works for them. After your DSP submits the request, AccessText will provide a PDF file of the textbook. Most requests are handled in three business days. For more information, click here.
Q: Can I return books that are overstock?

Q: Can my students still install Microsoft Office 2013 Trial Software?
A: No, Microsoft has officially discontinued support for the Office 2013 Trial Software and completely removed it from their website. They are recommending that all users switch to Office 365 instead, which educators and students can obtain for free here.
Q: How do I get updates to my ebook?
A. If you are using Bookshelf online, the ebook is automatically updated. If using the desktop app, you should get a pop-up notice that the book has been updated, with an option to download. However, if you missed or accidentally dismissed the notice, you can always right-click the book in your library and choose Check for Updates from the menu that appears. A: Labyrinth Learning does not offer certification exams or certificates. We sell textbooks that may be used in certification classes.

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: We ship Monday through Friday. Most orders received prior to 3pm EST or 12pm PST will ship the same day, if the item is in stock.
