It was a nice book for beginnings in Outlook 2013. I followed up the book with a short hands-on activity integrating many of the features covered in the book. The students were very satisfied with the short course and the outcome.

Generally the book provides some great information and goes into a fair amount of detail. I don't like the web sims and agree with another reviewer that there should be more real world options. I have now created my own "Stephen Sinatra" email address and supplement with that. I have found some errors in and inconsistencies in the text.

Good, basic textbook on the topic. I, too, would like to see some practical applications available for my students to use after they have learned the basics, as they will have an individual Outlook email set up with the program in the coming year. Like the spiral binding; I think this book would hold up better than the current Microsoft textbooks I am using, but would like to see more in depth exercises available for reinforcement.

This is an excellent introduction to Office. It is not comprehensive which is actually a positive, since it does not intimidate my students who have little or no knowledge of the software.

This is an excellent resource. It is very easy to follow, and easy to use as a basis for leading a class.

I would like to see corresponding "real" exercises next to all the websim ones. The websim is good, but not great. Students will learn much better what works and what doesn't if they are doing actual exercises, rather than simulated ones. - Just some feedback I got from my students.
