eLab Simulation Questions
Simulation questions assess areas of learning not addressed by traditional assessments.
Traditional assessments measure a learner's knowledge but often fall short in measuring the ability to apply that knowledge. For example, a learner may correctly answer questions about creating a table within Microsoft Word, but he or she may not be able to apply that knowledge while working in the application. Direct observation of learners performing in a real-world setting is a powerful way to measure both knowledge and the ability to apply that knowledge. That's where our eLab simulation questions come in. Learners receive immediate feedback on their performance. And because all clicks and actions are recorded, this information is available to instructors as well.
