This material provide a great basis for a 6 to 8 hour class. However, you may want to take some of their exercises and make them more practical. For example: put a company logo in the header in addition to a water mark. Make the Template exercise a little more realistic by adding some Data Validation. I don't spend much time on "Insert a Screenshot" section, I teach students how to use the PrtScr button. There is a discussion of IFERROR function, without an exercise. I incorporate IFERROR in my template exercise to suppress the #DIV/0!.
