Q: How do I install or access my QuickBooks software? A: Please choose the correct guide for your version:
Note: Intuit no longer offers trial software for QuickBooks Desktop. Students completing the QuickBooks project found within our Payroll Accounting title should use these instructions.
If you have additional issues, please contact Intuit via their online chat:
Q: What is the difference between the two websites: www.lablearning.com vs. www.labyrintheLab.com? A: Labyrinth Learning's corporate website is www.lablearning.com. This website should be used to order books, find the student resource site, or contact us for help. Creating a student account on www.lablearning.com will enable you to order books with discounted shipping rates.
eLab is Labyrinth’s online assessment and training tool for use with many of our textbooks, and the website for this tool is www.labyrinthelab.com. If you are not using a Learning Management System (LMS) to access eLab, then you can create a student eLab account to access an eLab course established by your instructor, or to access videos that you purchased with a video license key. Note: Each site requires a separate login account.
Q: How do I access the Student Resources and files for my textbook? A: Visit the Student Resources page and click on the solution you're using. You'll find the files linked from there.
Q: How do I get updates to my ebook? A: If you are using the Labyrinth Library, your ebooks are always up to date. If your ebook is in VitalSource Bookshelf Online, the ebook is automatically updated. If using the VitalSource desktop app, you should get a pop-up notice that the book has been updated, with an option to download. However, if you missed or accidentally dismissed the notice, you can always right-click the book in your library and choose Check for Updates from the menu that appears.
Q: I have purchased a used Labyrinth book -- how do I obtain trial software? A: See below
