Susan Watkin, MI, BSc., is an instructor at Mohawk College of Applied Arts and Technology in Ontario and author of
QuickBooks Online for Canada. She has been using QuickBooks Online since it came to Canada in 2012 and QuickBooks Desktop for many years prior. Susan is a private accounting educator, course writer, and business strategist with her private firm, Watkin Small Business Services Inc. When not teaching or writing, Susan spends most of her time working with businesses and accounting firms to help find them the best accounting professional for their needs through her Find Our Bookkeeper™ recruitment program. Susan has been an esteemed member of the Canadian Intuit Trainer/Writer Network for several years and often works directly with QuickBooks in Canada to create and deliver content for businesses and ProAdvisors surrounding QBO certification, business management and taxation.
